Once your practitioner invites you to join the Homecoming platform, you’ll receive:
an email from [email protected] that contains your personal access code to get going.
Optional | A SMS message if your practitioner added your phone number as well
Tapping the Get started button in the email or the link in the SMS message on your mobile device will download the app and take you to the registration screen below with the access code prefilled.
<aside> 📒 Check your All Mail, Spam, and Junk folders if you don’t see the access code email in your inbox.

Alternatively, you can Download the app manually, open it and tap I’m a client > Sign up.
Enter the access code found in your email or SMS message, then create a password for your account.
You’ll also have the option to enable logging in with Face/Touch ID on iOS or biometrics on Android for a more convenient and secure way to log in.
<aside> 📒 We recommend enabling login with Touch/Face ID or biometrics as you’ll be logged out of the app after 2 weeks for compliance reasons.

After entering your access code, tapping Next, and creating a password, tap Sign up.
Going forward you’ll be able to log in using your email address and password you created, or using Face/Touch ID or biometrics if you’ve enabled it.
<aside> 📒 You can always enable Face/Touch ID & Biometrics login after logging in, tap Profile in the bottom bar, then tap Security, toggle Face/Touch ID or Biometrics on.
