Clear the apps cache

Clearing the cache can help if you’re not seeing updated content or content is failing to load, like pictures.

Android devices

1. Force close Homecoming
2. Long press on your Homecoming app
3. Tap App info
4. Tap Storage and cache
5. Tap Clear cache
6. Open Homecoming again

iOS devices

1. Launch the Settings app on your ‌iOS device
2. Tap General
3. Tap iPhone Storage
4. Find and select Homecoming in the list of app
5. Tap Offload App to unload the app but preserve any documents and data (these are reinstated if you later reinstall)
6. Reinstall Homecoming

Update your app
