Forgot your password? No worries!

You can reset your password with the following steps:

  1. In the app, from the Welcome screen, tap I’m a client

  2. Tap Forgot your password?

  3. Enter your email address and tap Submit

  4. Check your email client for an email titled Reset your password from [email protected]

  5. Back in the app, enter the pin received in the email and tap Submit

  6. Enter your new password and tap Submit again

You’ll be taken back to the log in screen where you can enter your email and new password to log back in!
