On your Home screen, below the latest follow-up, you’ll find the Next steps section. This is a list of activities your provider marked to be completed by you. This list includes all activities from your follow-ups that are not yet complete.

You can tap on each activity to see more details provided by your practitioner as well as the follow-up it was sent in.

You’ll see a green notification icon on your Home button if you have activities left to complete.
